ESTRATTO DEL REGOLAMENTO

 

Info: questo acquisto ti permette di affittare per i due giorni di evento un tavolo come venditore privato in occasione di Sneakerness Milano 2018

 

 

• Come venditore privato puoi vendere le tue scarpe da ginnastica nuove o usate, i tuoi vestiti e una serie di accessori della tua collezione personale;
• L’attribuzione del tavolo è a cura dell’organizzatore e non potrà essere reclamata;
• Il venditore privato dovrà fornire una ricevuta per ogni transazione effettuata;
• All’organizzatore non deve essere riconosciuto nessun tipo di compenso sui prodotti venduti;
• Ogni tavolo è grande 180x80 cm e sarà allestito con un telo nero.
• Sarà possibile acquistare al massimo 5 tavoli a testa;
• Per ogni tavolo prenotato verranno rilasciati due titoli di ingresso validi su entrambi i giorni. I pass sono nominali e non cedibili;
• Il venditore privato dovrà rispettare gli orari di apertura e chiusura;
• Vi verrà richiesto di compilare un documento in cui si dichiara la propria partecipazione all’evento in qualità di hobbista a cui dovrà essere allegata la fotocopia della carta d’identità;
• Vi verranno inviate tutte le informazioni per la vostra partecipazione pochi giorni prima dell’evento:
• L’organizzatore si prende carico di vigilare sui prodotti dei venditori privati negli orari di chiusura dell’area espositiva attraverso la presenza di personale di sicurezza e vigilanza; durante gli orari di apertura della manifestazione mostra mercato ogni venditore dovrà occuparsi personalmente della propria merce, l’organizzatore non risponderà di eventuali furti avvenuti durante l’orario di apertura al pubblico.
• Verrà richiesto all’arrivo un deposito cauzionale di € 50 per ogni tavolo che verrà trattenuto nel caso non vengano rispettate le regole elencate che verrà restituito a fine fiera;

 

Info: this purchase allows you to rent a table as a private seller for the two-day event at Sneakerness Milano 2018

• As a private seller you can sell your new or used sneaker, your clothes and a range of accessories from your personal collection;

• The table is assigned by Sneakerness and the position can’t be claimed;

• The private seller must provide a receipt for each transaction carried out;

• No extra fee are requested by Sneakerness fot the products sold ;

• Each table is 180x80 cm and will be set up with a black sheet;

• Is possible to buy a maximum of 5 tables per person;

• For each table booked two entry tickets valid on both days will be issued. These entry tickets are nominal and not transferable;

• You will be asked to fill in a document stating your participation in the event as a hobbyist seller and a photocopy of the identity card must be attached;

• You will receive all the information for your participation a few days before the event:

• You can set up your table on Saturday 6 October morning and disassembly on Sunday  October 7 after 7.00 pm. Is not possible to disassembly your table before;

• Sneakerness takes care to supervise the products of private vendors during the closing hours of the exhibition area through the presence of security and surveillance personnel; during the opening hours of the exhibition , each seller must personally take care of his products. The organizer will not be held responsible for any theft occurred during the opening hours to the public.

• A deposit of € 50 will be requested upon arrival for each table that will be retained if the rules listed are not complied with and it will be returned at the end of the fair;
