ZION STATION FESTIVAL 8°ed. 21-24 giugno 2018
Giunto alla sua ottava edizione lo Zion Station Festival è un motore instancabile che crea un’ atmosfera unica di benessere e comunicazione tra i suoi partecipanti.
Nella splendida cornice naturale in cui è inserito, il festival è cresciuto e ad ogni edizione ha presentato delle novità interessanti, pur sempre incentrando il proprio programma artistico sui sound system roots e dub reggae.
Basti pensare alla Lake Yard che nell’edizione 2013 ha inaugurato le session pomeridiane sulle sponde del bellissimo lago che si trova all’interno del Festival, regalando buone vibes tutte da ballare o da ascoltare in tranquillità all’ombra degli alberi. Fin dalla prima edizione  i temi artistici delle varie serate hanno visto evoluzioni e cambiamenti i quali hanno contribuito alla crescita del Festival: come non ricordarsi del il primo anno quando  ci fu il ritorno in Italia del leggendario Jah Tubbys per il suo quarantesimo anniversario, o la seconda edizione che  presentò al pubblico la formula dell’incontro artistico generazionale tra Jah Shaka e Aba Shanti I  continuando negli anni ad ospitare i maggiori esponenti del movimento sia italiani che esteri come King Shiloh sound system ,Salomon Heritage sound system, Blackboard Jungle, Iration Steppas, Obf sound system, Channel One, Young Warrior, Vibronics, Dubkasm, Imperial sound army ,Maasai Warrior , Alpha Steppa , Earl 16 , Afrikan Simba , Jonah Dan , Nish Wadada, The Disciples e molti altri...
Si è cercato così non solo di promuovere l'aspetto musicale ma anche forme di aggregazione tra i numerosi partecipanti. Un esempio in sintonia con la filosofia sostenibile adottata dal festival è il servizio di carsharing con il quale si è cercato di ottimizzare gli spostamenti riducendone l’impatto sull’ambiente.
Zion Station festival è un movimento in continua evoluzione che regalerà sempre emozioni nuove alle persone che lo seguono proponendo come d’abitudine novità anche per gli spazi comuni ed i workshop con pomeriggi dedicati a conferenze e spazi culturali per entrare in contatto con le varie realtà legate al movimento.

Now celebrating its eighth year anniversary; Zion Station was borne of a tireless energy that creates a unique atmosphere for communication amongst all the participants and visitors. The festival continues to grow from its roots in one of nature’s most beautiful settings; Zion Station has bloomed and each year showcased some interesting innovations while always focusing on the best in Sound System culture  Think about the Root, the unique setting; the Lake Yard and its afternoon sessions on the shores of Zion Station’s beautiful lake provide a visual beauty that shines in harmony with the earth Bass vibrations. All the people at Zion station will be dancing in the cool shade of the trees by the lake – and when it gets too hot? You can just jump in – inna reggae riddim! Here you can restore your own vital energies in the “naturality” of Zion Station’s beautiful setting. Zion Station Festival also promotes forms of association between people, the auto-sustainability philosophy adopted by the festival led to a dramatic reduction in the amount of journeys and reduced the impact on the environment,thanks to the carsharing organized by the infopoint  as well as creating space for people to act together, share experiences and become part of Zion Station’s community vibration. At Zion Station you can be a part of an international family; we provide workshops; discussions, a great choice of good foods as well as, “art’s and craft’s” from all over the world.
The artistic themes have also seen changes and developments during the growth of the Festival: It's impossible to forget the first year and  the return to Italy of the legendary Jah Tubbys for their fortieth Anniversary, or the second year when Zion Station introduced the dialogue formulae with Jah Shaka and Aba Shanti I  and during the years lots of artists visiting Zion Main Yard as King Shiloh sound system ,Salomon Heritage sound system, Blackboard Jungle, Iration Steppas, Obf sound system, Channel One, Young Warrior, Vibronics, Dubkasm, Imperial sound army ,Maasai Warrior , Alpha Steppa , Earl 16 , Afrikan Simba , Jonah Dan , Nish Wadada, The Disciples and more....
